From the website:
"We are looking for general windows, internet, and e-mail tips. Tips that relate to one specific program or hardware device usually are not appropriate for this publication.
The newsletter has two primary sections - Computers 101 & Tip of the Day. The Computers 101 section is presented in a Q&A style and generally covers a topic beginners would be interested in."
If you're interested, check out the WorldStart website for more information. Good luck!

Great job on the article. I have looked through many sites promising to provide resources for freelance writers. Most of them were scams.
You're article delivers.
Thanks for the tip, Willow. I got paid with World Start recently. I followed your link to the site, and there's a box where you can submit an idea you want to write about related to their site's theme.
A couple of days later I received an email from the editor giving me the go ahead to write the tip, and he asked for my PayPal email. I wrote the tip, added some screen shots and sent it in.
Three days later I got an email from the editor asking if the tip was good to go? I replied, yes. A couple days later he sent me $55 to my PayPal.
Because they have so many freelance writers, the site will not accept more than 1 or 2 tips per week, maybe less than that. But they usually post payment within a couple of days of publishing.
So if anyone is interested in making at least $35, you may want to try this out.
