This is a reputable site in need of experienced writers. They pay $0.05 per word up to a maximum of $100 per article. They also buy humor pieces for $15 and pay upon acceptance. They have the awesome feature of exchanging advertising space for articles if you are in need of promotion for your own website or blog.
The rights system is very nice, eventually restoring the rights to you and allowing you to remove the article after one year. And, they take reprints for a set price of $25. From the website:
"For original articles: First electronic rights, plus three months' exclusive rights for publication on the website after the article has appeared in the newsletter, plus the nonexclusive right to retain on the website for an additional nine months (for a total of one year).
