Ha! I know! I've got about a million rants to send in at this point. Before pursuing freelance writing I worked in the glorious field of customer service. I've got enough rants from that alone to last a lifetime. Lol.

The site no longer seems to be on the web although there is a variation called WriteBite which seems to be tech oriented.
